Evan's All-Stars Team

All-Stars this year has really been a lot of fun for us all. Evan is a starting pitcher and has really done a great job. It's a lot of pressure to be a pitcher, but he's handled it well (aside from his perfectionist streak and a little nerves). The team works very well together and they are currently in a state-qualifying tournament. It's a double elimination tournament, which means once you've lost 2 games, you're done. So far, the boys have played 3 games in this tournament and have won them all! They'll be playing again tonight in what is considered the Semi-Finals. It's very exciting for them, as well as the parents! We love watching them play. Chana is doing well at the games also. She is such a good natured and sweet girl...a real blessing. Now, last night their game lasted until almost 11 pm, which is waaaaaayyyy past her bedtime and she did well, except the last 30 minutes, she was just done, but I walked around the fence of the field pushing her in the stroller and it kept her content enough for me to be able to finish seeing the whole game, so it worked out. Tonights game is at 8 again. If they start on time, we'll be good, but last night the game before their's went into extra innings, which made our team have to start an hour later. Hopefully, that won't happen tonight. Stay tuned for more about the team!
